The five most important motives for immigration:
1) Unemployment and lack of job opportunities
2) High levels of poverty and deteriorating economic conditions
3) Searching for a better future for their children
4) Increased rural migration due to erosion of agricultural land and urbanization
5)The jealousy of young people and families of class inequality among young people returning from migration after a successful experience led to more aspiration to travel even if there was a risk.

Targeted Groups:

The project is implemented in the governorate of AL-Minya in two villages selected from among the most prevalent villages of youth migration phenomenon

Direct beneficiaries:

Around 100 young men and women from each village who have work and have economic projects and are able to participate effectively in development institutions in their communities.

A population of two villagers from Minya Governorate benefit from improved development processes in their communities in the areas of health, education and the environment.

Result (1): 100 young men and women from each village have professional skills to work and establish their own projects such as:

Vocational training on bio-agriculture, surface cultivation and purification of drinking water so that they can develop farming mechanisms in their village, increasing income from agriculture.

Vocational training on solar energy applications, especially those related to agricultural machinery and irrigation machine.
-
Vocational training on projects based on agricultural waste utilization.
-
Specialized training in the field of business administration and the establishment of economic entities.

Each project from the previous trades will be linked to an economic project to be sponsored in the first year by the current project.

In terms of reuse of agricultural residues, the provision of machines for the production and production of wood panels of agricultural residues that are often disposed of by burning can be supported.

As well as bio-agriculture and surface cultivation, the project will support access to the best farming methods and the development of new plantations in the village and can be cultivated on the roofs, such as the cultivation of aromatic plants and medicinal plants.

Result (2): Young people implement initiatives to improve the living, environmental, residential and educational level of their community according to the actual needs of each community

Result (3): Improvement of the living and environmental conditions of (100) families from each village with an average of (500) individuals from each village in the total villages (1000)

The site of the implementation of the activities remains open to display products from the villagers, which they have learned in the initiatives and activities during the period of the project (sewing and ceramic products, etc.)

The loans to the villagers should be a "good interest-free loan", which is to be granted by the financing authority when the installments are paid by the parents.
